Midway Station

Midway Station is a 207 acre mixed-use development north of Interstate 64 and the town of Midway, Kentucky. Barrett Partners prepared the Master Plan and assisted in the zone change request for the re-development of the property which was originally intended to be an industrial park with a small retail center. The Master Plan follows Midway’s New Urban Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations providing a mix of uses integrated into a comprehensive plan. Uses include a commercial center, offices, institutional and industrial buildings, attached and single-family residences, parks and open space.

Ashford Oaks

Ashford Oaks is an upscale residential community in Lexington, Kentucky. Barrett Partners prepared the Master Plan and assisted in the zone change request for the development of the 147-acre property. The Master Plan proposes a mix of housing types including 68 apartments, 114 townhouses, 86 duplexes and 106 single-family homes.

McCord Property
|
The McCord Property is a mixed-use development on US 60 in Winchester, Kentucky. Barrett Partners prepared the Master Plan and assisted with the zone change request for the development of this 536-acre property. The Master Plan includes a commercial center, space for an education or medical campus, attached and single family residences, a community center, and ample open space for a complete live-work-play community. The plan respects the natural features of the site in order to minimize environmental impact and reduce development costs.

Village of Arcadian Springs

The Village of Arcadian Springs is located in Andersonville, Tennessee near Norris Lake. Barrett Partners provided a Master Plan that complements the small town atmosphere of the existing Andersonville community. It provides for single-family residences, retail shops, an office building, and a site for a country inn or bed and breakfast. Open space is provided throughout the community with small parks, landscaped medians, a larger park for community events, and an amphitheater for outdoor concerts.
